Besides the fact, that we do actively support our investments to engage with their local communities and address social causes and business-relevant impact in order to create positive social and environmental impact, we are in addition engaged in several philanthropic projects across Africa and Asia.
Our philanthropic commitments focus on supporting organizations that contribute to the well-being of people and the planet without targeting a financial return. The primary goal of the ElectusFoundation is to improve socio-economic well being through better access to good quality education, nutrition and water, energy as well as healthcare.
This further includes taking laws against poor working conditions, child labour and slavery into account in compliance, creating transparency through for example supply chains and the use of technological innovations.
The aim of the foundation is to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people, contribute to healthy ecosystems, and build resilient, inclusive, and prosperous communities.
Hence, we and our partners deploy philanthropic capital to organizations with effective, innovative, and scalable solutions to social and environmental challenges. Our primarily support reaches organizations based in emerging markets, focusing on high-impact sectors, including but nor limited to education, health, and environment (e.g. energy, nutrition and water).
Besides our financial assistance we in addition transfer our knowledge and grant access to our broad network.
